Kayla is an excellent agent, going above and beyond during every step of the process. She helped us buy our first home, negotiated the price to be under asking and under the appraised value (so we came into the purchase with equity - in 2023, which is unheard of). At our initial meeting she came prepared with a list of questions to identify our priorities and make sure she'd be finding houses we like.
